The Kaiila Tribe
( Please read these before going further )

"No more then two kaiila are to be brought
by any single white man into the Barrens. Too, no party of white
men in the Barrens is permitted to bring in more than ten
kaiila."
"These are the rules of the red savages, "he said.
"Then, " said I, "only small groups of white men
could enter the Barrens, or else they would be on foot, at the
mercy of the inhabitants of the area."

Tribal Laws::
1) If we lie, our shields will not protect us.
2) Women, slaves and whites are not to look upon the migrating
kailiauk.
3) A single white man cannot bring into the barrens more than two
kaiila. No group of whites may bring more than ten.
4) To make war or raid during ceremony, or festival is bad
medicine.
5) The Memory law: Warring tribes will unite, if necessary,
to fight the white man.
Tribal Guidelines
1) Have fun!
2) All new members must be approved by the Chieftain,
TCR0YER. Also the chieftains which TCR0YER has appointed as
well as the Chieftain himself, have the final say of all goings
on in the tribe. All actions and words of the chieftains must and
will be accepted as law in order to keep things running
efficiently.
3) No flame mail or flaming on the message boards.
((hurtful, ooc, etc.)) Readable thoughts, blurring,
crossing characters; all of these should be voided and not
carried through into an sl (how would you rp it? You can't, so
don't!). Argue in IMs, pr or in unstrung Email.
Mun-consent applies, bad role playing doesn't, know the
difference between the two; one most often gets mixed up with the
other.
4) Stay, and keep it, In Character(IC). Follow books
17&18 as close as possible, and please be a little forgiving
to those who can't access the two books. Real-life Native
American history and cultures fit right in. These should be
good sources for those who have questions, as well as for the
long time players.
5) Outsiders, non-Isbu/Kaiila have No Authority in our
lands...Any disrespect to our rules or systems is an open
invitation for us to insult theirs.
6) Dice and game mechanics: 2d20s standard, 2d21s, 22s,
23s, 24s, 25s, and 2d26s are rewards for certain criteria and are
assigned by the Chieftain.
7) When our rooms fill up with strangers and or persons not
belonging here in the barrens, tell them to take a hike.
Some outsiders have plausible sls to visit, others are just
popping in to see what's going on in online gor rooms. The
Red Savage is a hospitable host, but at no time should our rooms
become a local tavern or the kajira gardens. When this
happens, state the rule in the room. ((You can't stay here
to rp unless you have valid sl or permission, or are looking to
get your character killed off.)). Re: uninvited,
hostilities: No raids or attacks are plausible unless there
are several of us online to rp defense. If the transgressor
persists, Armed Soldier Npc's with bow and arrow are available
for EVERYONE (including slaves)to use. Start rolling dice
like crazy, let the arrows fly,(//roll-sides100-dice1..1
pt=1arrow hit) Our tribe ,the Kaiila, is 10,000 strong at
least...and the Isbu make up about 2000 of that.
8) If you are feeling flustered, and not having any fun anymore,
refer to rule number one, above.
